About this event

Using emoji in our coding and analysis stages of research allows us to go beyond mere sentiment or list-making. This session will show how to use emojis in a very simple and affordable software program: Quirkos, as well as learning what traps to avoid. Learn how the use of emoji in your coding and analysis can be used to tell stories, provide analytical depth and show a different perspective of your data in ways not always feasible with words alone.
